GPI Translation Connector
Globalization Partners International provides certified translation services in any language, any locale and under any workflow.
Overview
The Braze connector enables Globalization Partners' customers to seamlessly extract translatable content from Braze campaigns, canvases, email templates, and content blocks — and import the completed translations back directly via the Braze API — without any manual copy-paste work. It integrates with Braze's native multi-language (Translation API) model, handling the full localization lifecycle including locale discovery, draft state pre-flight checks, and Liquid tag preservation during translation. The core value is turning what would otherwise be a fragmented, error-prone manual process into an automated, end-to-end translation workflow that lets marketing teams localize their customer engagement content on a scale. Users have options for human translations, AI powered translations+ post-editing or pure AI, each with access to GPI's Translation Portal allowing for seamless management and a comprehensive range of business intelligence on translation projects.
How We Work Together
The GPI Braze Connector bridges Globalization Partners' translation platform and Braze, enabling marketing teams to localize campaigns, canvases, email templates, and content blocks without leaving their workflow. Marketers select content from Braze, choose source and target languages, and submit for professional human translation via GPI's Translation Services Center (TSC) or instant AI-powered machine translation. Completed translations are pushed back into Braze automatically through the native Translation API, eliminating manual file handling and reducing time-to-market for localized content.

FAQ
The Braze Translation Connector is an integration from Globalization Partners International that consumes the Braze API to pull content directly from Campaigns, Canvas journeys, and Email templates, routes it through GPI's ISO-certified professional translation workflows including options for human translations, AI+ post-editing or pure AI, and returns localized content ready to bring back into Braze. Users also gain access to GPI's Award-Winning Translation Portal with a comprehensive range of business intelligence on translation projects.
The connector is scoped to the content where customer engagement messaging lives in Braze: Campaign content, the individual steps and branches of Canvas journeys, and Email template content — including subject lines, preview text, and template variables.
The Braze connector consumes the Braze API to extract content — it does not run as a panel inside the Braze interface itself. This is different from GPI's Strapi connector, for example, which runs directly inside that platform's admin UI.
Yes. The connector extracts content from every step of a Canvas journey it is pointed at, so branches and decision points can be translated together and reviewed as one coordinated journey per target language.
There are no licensing fees for the connector itself. Translation project costs are scoped and quoted through the GPI Translation Portal based on language pairs, content volume, and the chosen workflow — whether full human translation, AI-assisted with post-editing, or a hybrid approach.
All translation work processed through the Braze connector is covered by three ISO certifications: ISO 17100 (Translation Services), ISO 18587 (Machine Translation Post-Editing), and ISO 27001 (Information Security Management). These standards apply regardless of content type, language pair, or volume.
