### How long does a Braze Audit take?
Five working days from kickoff to playback for a single production workspace. A large, multi-workspace instance may need more time, which we agree before kickoff.

A fixed fee of AUD $9,500 excl. GST per production workspace, agreed before we start.

### Who is the Braze Audit for?
Teams 6 to 18 months into Braze, teams that have inherited a platform, teams planning a build, migration or loyalty program, brands scaling to new markets or workspaces, and anyone watching Braze costs ahead of a renewal.

### Do you need admin access?
Yes. You provide admin access at kickoff, and a Braze admin on your side spends about two hours across the week answering questions. We use the access to review your setup and do not change anything.

### Will you see our customer data?
Only inside Braze, through the admin access you provide. We focus on configuration, metadata and aggregate counts, and we do not export or work with customer data outside Braze.

### Can the audit focus on a specific concern?
Yes. Tell us at kickoff, for example SMS costs, consent or a specific journey, and we will answer it explicitly in the audit.

### What if we are planning a build or migration?
Tell us and we will rate readiness against it, so you know what must be fixed before the build starts.

### Do you fix what you find?
If you want us to. The audit stands on its own and the findings are written so your team can act on them. Many clients move into a remediation program with Composed Digital afterwards through Composed Accelerate.
