How We Work Together

Using Braze API endpoints, Ada has created a codeless drag-and-drop Braze application within our builder interface that enables brands to push events and attributes collected within Ada’s chat to Braze user profiles.

Ada will also extend this application to enable brands to pull user profile data into Ada to create more personalized conversations based on attributes and segments.
